About Gaye Waugh

Prior to joining PEPworldwide, Gaye held roles as: Deputy CEO and Business Operations Manager for the largest aged care provider in the ACT responsible for the financial and operational functions; Corporate Manager with two major national peak body groups in the ACT responsible for the finance and administration functions, reporting directly to the organisations’ Boards; Senior Tax Manager in a medium-size accounting practice and Registered Tax Agent.

Gaye’s passion for PEP is generated by the people who participate and embrace the PEP principles and consistently talk enthusiastically about the positive and life changing effect of that on their work-life and flow-on effect on their personal life.

Gaye Waugh's view on PEP

"I have found that by implementing the PEP “Do it Now” principle, I have better control of my workload. I'm not talking about those things that you can't do now or major projects that you should be scheduling time in your diary to do, I’m talking about routine emails and paperwork of the sort you encounter every day. By dealing with them the first time you read them you save time and angst because they are dealt with and gone!”

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree
  • CPA designated member of CPA Australia.

Incidentals

  1. Working out at the gym and for fun, Les Mills Body Attack classes.
  2. I enjoy the whole wine experience – drinking, comparing, deciding what I like and don’t
  3. Walking and running with my dog,  spending time with friends and family or whenever I can, at the beach which is my idea of meditation - a great place to relax and read!!
