Tony Sloman

About Tony Sloman

Tony started his career as a computer programmer for a boutique software design company and then worked for AMP as a Business Analyst.

Following a passion for the performing arts, Tony moved to London to train at one of the foremost drama schools in the world. After graduating he worked in theatre, film, television and radio, travelling to various countries, working with renowned directors and artists.

Upon returning to Australia in 1997, Tony commenced a career as a facilitator which solidified his interest in developing people. Tony facilitated time management seminars, corporate entertainment, communication skills workshops and he trained technology businesses across NSW on how to use financial leasing.

Tony has 14 years’ experience as a Business Development/Relationship Manager. He worked in learning and development and financial services for companies such as Macquarie Bank. He has managed stakeholders in many of Australia’s largest corporations, as well as government, the education sector and small to medium enterprise.

Tony is also trained and experienced as an executive coach.

“I joined PEP in June 2014 as a Business Partner. I facilitate programs and manage client relationships, which is the ideal blend for me. Initially I was drawn to PEP because of the people and culture. I am now driven by the changes PEP makes to people’s lives.”

Qualifications

•    Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems. University of NSW
•    Diploma of Professional Acting, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London
•    Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Eastern Suburbs Evening College Sydney
•    Certificate in Organisational Coaching Level 1, IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership)
